We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Return Shipping Costs

Quality-related issues (manufacturing defects or shipping damage):
We will cover the return shipping cost. -
Non-quality-related returns (change of mind, incorrect order, etc.):
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund

For damage or failure: show the issue clearly

For unused returns: show product condition and packaging

Return Process

Customer ships the product back following provided instructions

Warehouse inspects the returned item

If the item does not meet return conditions (used, missing packaging, damaged by misuse), we reserve the right to decline the refund

Refund Timing
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
